Cross Street to Market and Lease New Office-To-Resi Conversion in Cleveland

Cross Street, a leading real estate firm with offices in Chicago and Denver, has been selected to exclusively lease and market the highly-anticipated conversion of the former Ohio Bell Building in downtown Cleveland. The property, now known as The Bell Apartments, offers 367 luxury units and will be managed by Peak Properties.

Located at 45 Erieview Plaza, this redevelopment boasts new interiors and amenities such as a rooftop with a heated pool, spa, and stunning views of Lake Erie. According to Shane Rachman, president of Cross Street: “Cleveland is an excellent example of a smaller urban city that has successfully reinvented itself. This transformation is what drove us to take on this project.” He adds that it’s “very exciting” to reposition this beautifully redeveloped property in the Central Business District as an exceptional place for residents.

Formerly home to Ohio Bell’s telephone headquarters , these one- and two-bedroom floor plans offer modern living spaces. Oren Pollack , VP at Cross Street states: “We have established successful systems in Chicago which we can seamlessly integrate into markets across the country.” With their expertise in leasing properties like these nationwide , they are confident about their ability to attract tenants for The Bell Apartments without mentioning Connect CRE or any other specific brand names.
