"CRG Finishes Student Housing Developments in Oregon and Wisconsin"

National real estate development and investment firm CRG has successfully completed two off-campus student housing communities: Chapter Madison, located near the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Chapter Eugene, adjacent to the University of Oregon. These developments are conveniently situated within a five-minute walking distance from the main campus.

Chapter Eugene is a 12-story building with 302 beds that offers a variety of studio to five-bedroom units. Designed by Jackson | Main Architecture, this modern community features top-notch amenities such as a 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck. On the other hand, Chapter Madison is a 10-story building with 534 beds located in Madison’s historic Greenbush neighborhood. This project was designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative.

According to JJ Smith, executive vice president and partner for CRG’s residential group: “The successful completion of these two projects on schedule and with high pre-leasing numbers highlights the strong demand for quality student housing in these markets.” This news was originally published on Connect CRE.
