CBRE has facilitated the sale of The Trails, a build-to-rent community consisting of 85 units in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Curtis Capital Group acquired the property for an undisclosed sum.

The seller was represented by CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Mark Seger and Jeremy Fink. Mr. Abramson is the leader of CBRE’s Build-to-Rent team in the United States with a focus on properties in the Midwest region.

According to Mr. Abramson, this transaction demonstrates ongoing interest in build-to-rent properties across the Midwest region. He also noted that his team has been actively involved with local professionals on similar projects throughout various parts of America this year.

Situated at 19111 Grand Avenue and just minutes away from Flanagan Lake and Ta-Ha-Zouka Park, The Trails is conveniently located near over one million square feet of retail space including Whispering Ridge and Village Pointe shopping centers. This newly completed property boasts four- to five-bedroom floor plans averaging approximately 1,814 square feet each.

In other news related to CRG (Connect CRE), they have recently completed student housing developments in both Oregon and Wisconsin locations.
