CRG, a leading national real estate development and investment firm, has recently finished construction on The Cubes at French Lake in Dayton, Minnesota. This impressive 1,006,880-square-foot industrial development is located at 11500 Dayton Parkway North and stands as the state’s first super-bulk inventory distribution facility.
The property will be marketed and leased by CBRE’s expert team of Dan Swartz , James DePietro , and Austin Lovin. CRG collaborated with Lamar Johnson Collaborative for the design of the property while its parent company Clayco served as the design-builder.
