CREW Network Appoints Alison Beddard as New CEO

**Alison Beddard Named CEO of CREW Network and CREW Network Foundation**

Alison Beddard, a seasoned commercial real estate executive with two decades of industry and volunteer leadership experience, has been appointed CEO of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and the CREW Network Foundation. A past president of CREW Network and a member of CREW Seattle, Beddard will officially assume her new role on July 28.

Beddard joins CREW Network following an impressive 20-year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as managing principal for the firm’s Washington and Oregon markets. Since joining CREW in 2008, she has held numerous leadership positions at both the local level with CREW Utah and globally with CREW Network. She served as president of CREW Network in 2017 and was recognized as a CREW Network Foundation Visionary the following year.

“CREW Network’s extraordinary growth in the last several years has not only transformed our reach, but it has also redefined what’s possible for women in commercial real estate,” Beddard said. “As we look to the future, I am deeply inspired to lead our 14,000-plus members and 90 chapters in shaping a more inclusive, connected, and empowered industry—through thought leadership, career growth, and game-changing business opportunities that leave a lasting legacy in our communities and across the globe.”

During her tenure as president in 2017, Beddard led the board through significant milestones including a global expansion, the recruitment and onboarding of a new CEO, and a comprehensive redesign and relaunch of the CREWbiz online networking platform.

She succeeds Wendy Mann, who stepped down in November 2024 after serving as CEO for eight years. Alyson Reed served as interim CEO from January through June of this year.

Beddard’s appointment marks a new chapter for CREW Network as the organization continues to expand its influence and leadership in advancing women across the commercial real estate industry.
