Investment sales firm Greenstone Partners reported two internal promotions that expand its production team. The company elevated Alexander Tychalski and Charlie Vietzen to investment associate roles in recognition of their growth and contributions to the platform. Tychalski will concentrate on multifamily properties across the Chicago metropolitan statistical area, working with Partner Jordan Multack and Greenstone’s wider investment sales group. Vietzen will specialize in flex and industrial assets in DuPage County and the broader Chicagoland market, supporting Managing Partner Jason St. John alongside the firm’s investment sales professionals.
Inland Securities Corporation announced an advancement within its private capital team. The firm promoted 12-year Inland veteran Dan Gawley to senior vice president, private capital. In his new position, Gawley will work closely with Charles Jensen, managing director for the western division, internal wholesaler Frank Felix, and vice president Skylar Gautier as part of the company’s capital-raising and distribution efforts.
Evanston, Illinois-based Morgante Wilson Architects, Ltd. (MWA), a residential architecture and interior design firm, also reported a key leadership change. The practice named Renata Buenrostro as its newest partner. Buenrostro has served as MWA’s director of architectural interiors since 2017. She originally joined the firm in 2000 as an architectural project manager, a role she held for four years before being promoted to associate of architectural interiors, and has continued to advance within the organization.
Design-build and development firm Opus added experience to its capital markets leadership. The company hired Mark Kunkel as senior vice president of capital formation and investment strategy on its capital markets team. Kunkel will report directly to Pete Conlon, who became Opus’s chief financial officer and head of capital markets in April. In his role, Kunkel is charged with helping design, execute, and scale Opus’s capital formation and investment strategy, acting as a primary link between the company and its institutional investor partners.
