Cresa’s Medical Practice Group, based in New Jersey and led by managing principals Jonathan Marks and Dennis Gralla, recently facilitated a new 10,000-square-foot build-to-suit project for Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) at 210 Woodport Rd. in Sparta, NJ. This move allows the oncology care provider to more than double its current space from their location at 89 Sparta Ave., which spans only 4,730 square feet.
The new facility is conveniently located near RCCA’s previous location and close to Sparta’s main medical campus. This ensures continuity of care for RCCA patients as they transition to the larger space. “This expansion is an exciting milestone for RCCA as we continue our strategic growth,” said Marks. “It reflects our commitment to providing safe and accessible facilities for our patients.” The team looks forward to supporting RCCA as they meet the increasing demand for advanced oncology services.
