Cresa Acquires Pacific Program Management

Cresa, a leading commercial real estate firm, has recently acquired Pacific Program Management (PPM), a Seattle-based company specializing in project management services for workplace consulting, transition and relocation, portfolio management, and client delivery.

The acquisition was made at an undisclosed amount with the goal of strengthening Cresa’s project management team. This addition complements Cresa’s existing workplace strategy and transaction management units. With the integration of PPM’s 180 professionals into their project management group, Cresa will now have over 280 experts operating in 35 markets across North America.

Under this new partnership, PPM CEO Clark Lindsay will take on the role of Managing Principal and President of Project Management at Cresa. Additionally,Pacific Program Management President Mark Wanic along with Vice Presidents Christy McFall and Sandra Yencho will assume key leadership positions within the company.

Lindsay expressed his excitement about joining forces with Cresa stating that both companies share similar values such as focusing solely on occupier needs while providing personalized solutions through independent thinking and resourcefulness. The acquisition marks another milestone for Connect CRE as they continue to expand their reach in North America.
