Recently, Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of 1534 Diamond St., an eight-unit apartment property located in Pacific Beach, San Diego. The asset sold for $4,600,000 and was marketed by Cole Silverman and Carson Trujillo – multifamily investment specialists from Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown San Diego office – on behalf of the seller (a private individual trust). Private local investors were procured by Silverman and Trujillo as buyers. According to Silverman this escrow closed in 21 days with creative seller financing included.

The building was constructed circa 1960 on a 6255 square foot lot offering approximately 5900 rentable square feet.
