The asset sold for $4,600,000 and was marketed by Cole Silverman and Carson Trujillo – multifamily investment specialists from Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown San Diego office – on behalf of the seller (a private individual trust). Private local investors were procured by Silverman and Trujillo as buyers. According to Silverman this escrow closed in 21 days with creative seller financing included.
