Creation Acquires 38-Acre Site for Class-A Industrial and Retail Development in North Fort Worth
Creation has acquired a 38-acre site in North Fort Worth, where it plans to develop a three-building, Class-A industrial campus alongside a newly constructed retail center. Strategically located at the corner of Loop 820 and Marine Creek Parkway, the project, named MC820 Logistics, will encompass 451,032 square feet across its three industrial buildings.
The project is being developed in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. LGE Design Build is responsible for the architecture and construction, in partnership with Manhard Civil Consulting. Leasing responsibilities are being managed by Matt Carthey, Thomas Grafton, and Trey Goodspeed of Holt Lunsford Commercial. The first phase of construction is slated to begin this summer, with completion expected by late 2026.
In addition to the industrial component, Creation is planning The Shops at MC820, situated on an adjacent six-acre site. This retail development will feature restaurant and retail space designed to complement the logistics campus. The Shops will accommodate a variety of tenants, including national drive-thru, fast-casual, and full-service restaurants, as well as service-oriented retailers.
