**Creation Secures $135 Million in Tampa Projects and Opens New Office**
Creation, a real estate development and investment firm, has announced two major deals in Tampa with a combined value of nearly $135 million. In tandem with these projects, the company also unveiled the opening of its new East Coast office, located in Tampa’s Hyde Park Historic District.
The first of the two transactions involves the acquisition of 5301 and 5319 W. Idlewild Avenue in partnership with Clarion Partners. This 20-acre site, located less than a mile from Tampa International Airport, includes two office buildings totaling 176,000 square feet. Acquired for $30 million in late 2024, Creation plans to redevelop the site into a $75 million industrial complex that will feature three new buildings and over 300,000 square feet of logistics space.
The second deal, currently in escrow, pertains to a vacant parcel in East Tampa. This site will be developed in partnership with PCCP, with plans to create a $60 million, three-building logistics park.
In support of its growing regional activity, Creation has opened a new East Coast office at 442 W. Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa. The office will be led by East Coast Principal, Luke Georgiadis.
These strategic moves reflect Creation’s commitment to expanding its footprint and investment in the Tampa market.
