Creation Equity has received approval from the McKinney City Council to advance its ambitious 146-acre development project at the northwest corner of US 75. The development, named Northgate, will feature a diverse mix of retail, office, and multifamily residential components, transforming the area into a vibrant, multipurpose community.

The multi-phase project is set to include:

– 135,000 square feet of retail space
– More than 1,600 multifamily residential units
– Several six-story office buildings
– A hotel

The project will be developed in four distinct tracts:

– **Tract 2**: 180 brownstone-style multifamily units
– **Tract 3**: 450 multifamily units alongside grocery-anchored retail, including:
– 65,000 square feet for a grocery tenant
– 20,000 square feet of additional retail space
– **Tract 4**: 750 multifamily units integrated with office, retail, and hospitality elements, including:
– 318,600 square feet of office space
– 50,000 square feet of retail
– A 100-room hotel
– A 910-space parking structure
