Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has recently expanded into Southern California and has brought on two experienced commercial real estate professionals to join their team. Peggy Donica has been hired as the General Manager of South Coast Collection, a 292,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Costa Mesa that was acquired by CRC last year. Additionally, Roseanne Holmes has been selected as a Leasing Associate in the company’s Commercial Division.
According to Kristina O’Keefe, Vice President of CRC’s Commercial Division: “Our first priority in establishing CRC’s presence in Southern California is building a strong team foundation. We are thrilled to have Peggy Donica and Roseanne Holmes join us with their extensive experience and expertise.”
Donica will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at SoCo which is located at 3303 Hyland Avenue. Meanwhile, Holmes will focus on renewing leases and managing assignment requests for all of CRC’s tenants across the country.
This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation as they continue to grow their reach throughout different regions across the country.
