Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has recently purchased its second multifamily community in the Bluffton-Hilton Head area of South Carolina. The acquisition, totaling $44.5 million, is for Bristol at New Riverside located at 205 Forest Trace in Bluffton.
The property was originally developed by Madison Communities and was completed in 2024. It was previously known as Madison New Riverside and consists of 166 units spread across two- and three-story buildings. At the time of purchase, the community had a high occupancy rate of 90%. Taylor Bird from Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller during this transaction.
Bristol at New Riverside is situated within Beaufort County’s master-planned community called New Riverside Village. The complex offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 745 to 1,186 square feet. Additionally, residents have access to a variety of nearby amenities including a Publix-anchored retail center with a Starbucks Coffee that spans over an impressive area of70,000 square feet.
This latest acquisition by CRC further solidifies their presence in this popular region near Hilton Head Island while also expanding their portfolio within South Carolina’s thriving real estate market.
