Crate & Barrel Outlet has recently secured a lease for a 23,400-square-foot space at Mercer on One, an outdoor shopping center situated in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. This new location is one of the 15 outlets operated by Crate & Barrel in North America. As part of Germany’s Otto Group, the retailer currently operates over 100 stores and franchise partners across nine countries.
Mercer on One spans over 551,000 square feet and features more than fifty stores and restaurants. It is strategically located just four miles south of Princeton and twenty-five miles north of Philadelphia.
The lease for this new store was brokered by JLL’s Alana Friedman and David Townes on behalf of Crate & Barrel Outlets. The ownership was represented by Jeff Fischer from Federal Realty Investment Trust during the transaction process.
