**Cranial Technologies Signs Office Lease at 300 Huntington Street in Brooklyn**

Cranial Technologies has signed a 4,456-square-foot office lease at Monadnock Development’s newly constructed headquarters located at 300 Huntington Street in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Representing Monadnock in the lease were CBRE’s Patrick Dugan, Joseph Cirone, and Jesse de la Rama. Cranial Technologies was represented by Joe Speck and Chad Poff of Colliers.

The new clinic marks Cranial Technologies’ first Brooklyn location. The company, a national leader in the non-surgical treatment of plagiocephaly (commonly known as flat head syndrome in infants), will occupy part of the sixth floor in the 136,000-square-foot building. Designed by Dattner Architects and Bernheimer Architecture, the facility offers modern office space with a curated selection of amenities.

“This commitment by Cranial Technologies, a national company with more than 100 clinics, speaks to the high-quality office space, highly curated amenities, and ideal location of 300 Huntington Street,” said Patrick Dugan of CBRE. “This is a brand-new building located at the nexus of Gowanus, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, and Red Hook.”

The clinic is expected to begin operations in the near future, further solidifying Gowanus as a hub for innovative and specialized medical services.
