Craig International Unveils $6 Billion Lake Texoma Project Plans

Craig International is embarking on a massive $6 billion project in the scenic Lake Texoma area. The company has acquired 3,000 acres of land in Denison with plans to develop a premier master-planned community called Preston Harbor. This ambitious project will feature 7,500 homes, including luxurious single-family residences and active adult communities as well as multifamily units. Additionally, there will be a resort hotel, retail spaces, upscale restaurants and an exclusive marina.

Partnering with Waterfall Development LP for this venture located just 75 miles north of Dallas near the Oklahoma border was a strategic move by Craig International. With almost ten miles of shoreline frontage on Lake Texoma at its disposal,the potential for growth and development is immense.

According to Janet Gott,Mayor of Denison,”This visionary development will have far-reaching effects on our region’s economy that few cities can match.Denison stands to benefit greatly from this partnership,and we anticipate long-term economic prosperity.”

In addition,Craig International has also announced plans for another major attraction within Preston Harbor -a Margaritaville resort worth $100 million.Hospitality partner Horizon Capital Partners has been selected by Craig International to oversee the development process.
