**Craft Brewer Expands San Francisco Presence into Mission Bay**

San Francisco Brewing Co., a local craft brewing company founded in 2012, has signed a new lease for an 18,680-square-foot space at 100 Hooper Street in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. The site was formerly occupied by Seven Stills Brewery and Distillery.

The new location will house a restaurant, brewery, and outdoor beer garden, and will also serve as a venue for private and community events. Scheduled to open in August, it will complement the company’s existing restaurant and brewery at Ghirardelli Square.

The lease transaction was brokered by JLL’s Laura Tinetti, who represented San Francisco Brewing Co. The landlord, Kilroy Realty, was represented by Tinetti alongside Ben Lazzareschi, David Kessler, and Zach Haupert.

“Food and beverage sales in San Francisco have continued to surpass 2019 numbers with consumers’ increased desire to eat out and/or have a social experience,” said Tinetti. “San Francisco Brewing Co. was attracted to this Mission Bay location because of the area’s evolution into a vibrant live-work-play neighborhood.”
