The firm has signed an 80,000-square-foot lease at 523 Pleasant St., less than a 10-minute drive from its current location in Norton, reflecting a significant expansion of its operational footprint.
The move will consolidate CPS Technologies’ corporate offices, manufacturing operations, and product development activities under one roof at the new Attleboro address. By nearly doubling its space, the company plans to increase production capacity while also supporting the faster rollout of new product lines to the market.
CPS Technologies serves a range of end markets, and the expanded headquarters is intended to help the firm address rising demand from sectors including defense, energy infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. The combination of office and manufacturing capabilities at the new site is expected to support both day-to-day operations and longer-term growth initiatives tied to these industries.
The Attleboro facility is located near Providence, RI, providing CPS Technologies with regional connectivity as it scales its activities. In addition to the immediate space gain, the property offers room for future expansion, giving the company flexibility to respond to evolving customer needs and potential increases in order volume.
On the transaction side, Colliers represented CPS Technologies in the lease for the new headquarters. The firm advised the company as it secured the larger premises in Attleboro. Design work for the new facility is being led by Dacon Corporation, which is overseeing architectural and engineering services to support CPS Technologies’ operational requirements.
