Responding to the growing demand for flexible coworking solutions in suburban markets, TailoredSpace has launched construction on its latest location in San Juan Capistrano. Scheduled to open in September, this will be the first fully amenitized coworking operation within the city.
Co-founder Drew Sanden noted that an increased number of professionals working from home have created a need for alternative options such as privacy, collaboration and a professional environment. The San Juan Capistrano campus is approximately 14,000 square feet – typical size for TailoredSpace operations – located at 27131 Calle Arroyo #1722. With seven existing coworking spaces throughout Southern California already under their belt, TailoredSpace continues to provide innovative solutions and amenities that meet modern work needs.
