Christie and Greg Coster, owners of The Big Bean coffee shop, are expanding their business to the I-97 Business Park in Millersville, MD. This new location spans 1,762 square feet and is set to open in the spring. It will be their third location in Anne Arundel County.
The Costers selected I-97 for its central proximity to their existing sites as well as its warehouse space. Their new site will feature an Italian-made bar and a spacious outdoor patio area. Additionally, it is located within a LEED Gold-certified building.
Representing the landlord was Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties while John Rosso Jr., from Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services LLC represented the tenant during this transaction.
The announcement comes as The Big Bean continues to gain popularity for its specialty drinks and strong community focus.
