Hyper Kidz, an indoor playground concept, has chosen Waugh Chapel Business Park in Anne Arundel County as the location for its third facility in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. Krishna Hazarika, franchise owner of Hyper Kidz signed a lease for 14,991 square feet of space within 987 Waugh Chapel Way.
The playground promotes social interaction and creative thinking without electronics to encourage physical development and problem-solving skills among children. The facility is divided into different zones according to age groups to provide a safe environment that engages kids of all ages. Additionally, Waugh Chapel Business Park offers flexible and sustainable space with LEED certification potential which makes it ideal for this purpose.
Bill Jautze from St John Properties represented the landlord while Evan Albert and Michael Stoltz from mfi Realty acted on behalf of the tenant during this transaction process. An exciting new indoor playground concept is coming soon to Anne Arundel!
