Site Centers has recently sold Cotswold Village for a whopping $110.4 million, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. The property was originally purchased by Site Centers in 2011 for $37 million.

The buyer, Asana Partners, is committed to revitalizing the 21-acre shopping center with plans to enhance outdoor gathering areas and building facades.

Located at Randolph and Sharon Amity Road on a spacious 21 acres of land, Cotswold Village boasts an impressive occupancy rate of 97.5% with over 30 retailers calling it home. The retail center also features Harris Teeter as its anchor store within its expansive 260,000-square-foot space.

Asana Partners’ portfolio includes notable properties such as The Design Center of the Carolinas in South End and ground-floor retail spaces where Whole Foods is situated in uptown Charlotte. They also have ownership over various other properties located throughout South End, Plaza Midwood, NoDa and uptown – including their recent acquisition of the historic Grinnell Water Works building at W Morehead St., which they purchased earlier this year for $19.5 million in May.

This latest transaction marks yet another successful venture for Asana Partners as they continue to expand their presence within Charlotte’s thriving real estate market.
