Costco Wholesale Purchases Springfield Office Building for $7 Million

Finmarc Management, a commercial real estate investment and management firm, recently sold 7375 Boston Boulevard in Springfield, Virginia to Costco Wholesale for $6.55 million. The two-story building offers nearly 27,000 square feet of office space and is part of an 11-building portfolio acquired by Finmarc from Boston Properties last year for $127.5 million. Located on a 2.81-acre parcel adjacent to an operating Costco Wholesale retail building, the vacant property was represented by Geoffrey Mackler of H&R Retail and Daniel Venable of NWAP II Inc., during the sales transaction. Spanning from 27,000 to 105,000 square feet in size each single or two story buildings make up what is known as the VA 95 portfolio .
