In West Nashville, General Services Corp. recently acquired a 322-unit apartment complex from Cortland Partners for $88.2 million, equating to approximately $270,000 per unit. This marks a significant increase from the $69.95 million that Cortland paid for the property in 2017.
The property, known as Cortland Bellevue apartments and located at 645 Old Hickory Blvd., spans over 30 acres and features studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units spread across multiple buildings. The current rental rates range from $1,394 to $2,236 for a three-bedroom unit.
