Corpus Christi's First Master-Planned Community: Development Team Begins Work

Diamond Beach Holdings and Ashlar Development have commenced construction on Whitecap NPI, the first-ever master-planned coastal community within Corpus Christi city limits. This $800 million project will span 240 acres and be the premier luxury residential destination on North Padre Island offering a unique coastal contemporary style. Diamond Beach is the property owner while Ashlar serves as lead developer.

Whitecap NPI will feature over 600 residential options including single-family homes, villas, condos and cross-generational housing with many featuring canal access for boating or water sports situated in island enclaves connected by bridges, boardwalks and walking paths throughout the community. Additionally there will be a public town center with mixed use area providing dining, entertainment & retail options plus a resort style hotel along with dry stack marina yacht club cafes shops galleries markets & Whitecap Nature Preserve upon full build out of this ambitious project .
