Diamond Beach Holdings and Ashlar Development have commenced site work on Whitecap NPI, Corpus Christi’s first-ever master-planned coastal community within its city limits. This $800 million project will be the first contemporary luxury residential and resort destination on North Padre Island, spanning 240 acres. Diamond Beach is the property owner while Ashlar serves as lead developer.
Upon completion, Whitecap NPI will offer over 600 residential options including single-family homes, villas, condos and cross-generational housing with many featuring canal access for boating or water sports situated in island enclaves connected by bridges, boardwalks and walking paths. A public town center with mixed use area provides a range of dining experiences along with entertainment venues such as a resort style hotel plus dry stack marina yacht club cafes shops galleries markets plus the Whitecap Nature Preserve to explore nature’s beauty up close .
