Coronado Property with Block-Sized Mixed-Use Development Changes Hands

CBRE arranged the $40-million sale of Coronado Plaza, a 41,949-square-foot property located at 1300 – 1330 Orange Ave. in Coronado. Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson and Michael Peterson from CBRE’s San Diego office represented the sellers PREF Coronado Plaza LLC while the buyer was not disclosed.

Directly across R.H Dana Place from Hotel Del Coronado, which recently upgraded its entrance facing the plaza; this multi-tenant three story building encompasses an entire block with Churchill Place to its north and R H Dana Place to its south and is home to local restaurants and shopping destinations for millions of visitors annually according to CBRE’s statement on this transaction .  Kobzi said “This is a fantastic mixed use asset across from world famous Hotel Del Coronado that will benefit immensely due it’s prime location”
