Corliss Management Group LLC (CMG), a real estate development company, has recently launched the first of three developer-owned apartments in the Sunrise Master Planned Community. Developed in collaboration with SBJS LLC, The Douglas at Sunrise offers 120 garden-style apartments in Puyallup.
According to Eric Corliss, Co-Managing Partner of Corliss Management Group, “The addition of The Douglas at Sunrise provides a comfortable living space and elevated amenities for everyday life.” With this project, CMG aims to extend master-planned living options for people of all ages. This aligns with their goal to bring their grandfather’s vision for this area – a thriving community – into reality.
In partnership with SBJS LLC, CMG has plans for future apartment developments including a 64-unit complex currently under construction and another 400-unit complex scheduled to begin construction in either 2025 or early 2026.
