Cawley Commercial Real Estate has completed a 286,622-square-foot industrial lease at 1717 Harvester Road in West Chicago, Illinois, for a manufacturing facility that now reaches full occupancy. The long-term agreement fills the remaining space in the 465,950-square-foot property and is scheduled to commence in October 2026.
The Cawley CRE team of David Conroy, Mark Wilson, Jordan Kwiecinski, and Daniel Cawley, SIOR, represented the landlord, Plymouth REIT, in the transaction. On the tenant side, CoreCentric Solutions was represented by Mike Senner of Colliers. The deal formalizes CoreCentric Solutions as the user of the newly leased space within the building.
The manufacturing facility at 1717 Harvester Road is configured to support power-intensive and operationally complex uses. It offers 4,000 amps of heavy power, which is a key feature for production-oriented tenants, and includes 15,579 square feet of built-out office space to support administrative and managerial functions on site. The property also provides 14 interior docks and one drive-in door, offering flexibility for shipping, receiving, and fleet access.
With this lease execution, Plymouth REIT achieves full occupancy at the West Chicago facility, reinforcing the property's position within the regional industrial inventory. Cawley CRE's role focused on advancing the landlord's leasing strategy for the asset, aligning the building's functional specifications with CoreCentric Solutions' operational requirements.
Commenting on the transaction, David Conroy of Cawley CRE noted that the deal reflects ongoing demand for well-located, functional manufacturing properties in the broader Chicago market. The combination of power capacity, loading infrastructure, and existing office build-out was emphasized as an important match for modern manufacturing needs.
The lease commencement in October 2026 sets a clear timeline for CoreCentric Solutions to occupy and ramp up operations at the facility. For Plymouth REIT, the fully leased status provides income visibility for the asset, while the tenant secures long-term control of a large block of specialized industrial space in West Chicago.
Separately, the industrial sector's momentum is also being highlighted at Connect Industrial West, an industry event scheduled for August 20 in Irvine, California. The conference is expected to feature executives from a range of firms active in industrial real estate, including owners, capital providers, law firms, and service providers, underscoring continued engagement across the industrial ecosystem.
