Core Spaces, a Chicago-based residential real estate developer, owner and operator, is now leasing at Oxenfree WeHo in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. This new rental community is part of the company’s Build-to-Rent platform and spans nearly six acres with 96 homes including multi-level townhomes ranging from three to four bedrooms. Currently, over 20 homes are move-in ready with the first residents scheduled to move in July. The remaining homes will be completed by fall 2024.
Oxenfree WeHo boasts impressive amenities totaling 18,700 square feet both indoors and outdoors – including one of Nashville’s largest private amenity lawns. Core has approximately 3,000 BTR homes under development or in its pipeline across high-growth metros such as Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver,Nashville,Austin,and Charlotte as well as Florida’s Gulf Coast.
