Core Spaces, a vertically integrated residential real estate developer, owner and operator renowned for student housing, has unveiled Oxenfree – the brand for their Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform. The purpose-built residences will be located in fast growing markets across the United States including Denver, Dallas, Austin Nashville and Charlotte with debut communities slated to begin delivering in Princeton TX and Nashville summer 2024.
