Core Redevelopment Buys Indianapolis Apartments, Gives New Name

CBRE has completed the sale of The Residences at Keystone Crossing, a 129-unit high-rise apartment complex in Indianapolis, to Core Redevelopment. Located at 8785 Keystone Crossing in the Keystone Crossing submarket, this 12-story building is now known as VITRA Apartments and is the metro’s only suburban high rise. Steve LaMotte Jr., Dane Wilson and Ross Wettersten of CBRE represented Highline Hospitality Partners, who originally constructed it as a hotel back in 1987 before converting one tower into apartments 2012.

Residents have access to all amenities offered by its adjacent Sheraton Hotel while enjoying nearby fine dining options and entertainment venues such as The Fashion Mall at Keystone. “VITRA Apartments is one of Indianapolis’ most iconic landmarks,” said LaMotte “and its purchase places it under an apartment operator for the first time ever.” PRAXM will manage this property which offers pedestrians easy access to employment opportunities within some of city’s most recognizable office districts.
