Cordish Companies and Caesars Entertainment have announced the development of The Pomp, a 223-acre mixed use project in Pompano Beach, Florida. Located 35 miles north of Miami and less than 10 miles north of Fort Lauderdale, this expansive project will be anchored by a dynamic Live! dining and entertainment district.

The name pays homage to the former Pompano Park racetrack located on the site. Harrah’s Pompano Beach has been remodeled and rebranded to serve as its core with 1.3 million square feet dedicated to retail & entertainment space; 4,000 luxury residential units; two hotels; plus 1.35 million square feet for Class A office space all surrounding it .
Live! at The Pomps showcases more than 25k sq ft in restaurant spaces that open up into an inviting central plaza where guests can enjoy live music & entertainment alongside additional dining options .

This ambitious development is sure to become one of South Florida’s largest projects upon completion – offering something for everyone who visits or resides there alike !
