**Cordillera Homes to Break Ground on Central Peak Residences in Downtown Kirkland**
Cordillera Homes is set to officially launch construction on Central Peak Residences, a boutique collection of luxury condominiums located in the heart of downtown Kirkland.
In partnership with Baylis Architects, the project will transform the former U.S. Bank site into a modern, four-story residential building. Site preparation is already in progress at the prominent corner of Central Way and Lake Street, with a groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for July 25.
Central Peak Residences will feature only 26 single-level homes, offering an exclusive living experience in one of Kirkland’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Sales for the project will be managed by Michael Orbino, Tere Foster, and Moya Skillman through Team Foster Builder + Developer Services at COMPASS in Bellevue.
