#### Most Expensive Cities:
– **Coppell** had the highest rent, with one-bedrooms priced at **$1,710**.
– **Frisco** followed at **$1,630**.
– **Richardson** ranked third, with rent at **$1,570**.

#### Most Affordable Cities:
– **Cleburne** was the most affordable, with one-bedrooms at **$1,000**.
– **Arlington** was the second least expensive, with rents at **$1,080**.
– **Hurst** ranked third at **$1,090**.

#### Fastest-Growing Rents:
– **Coppell** also saw the fastest-growing rent, surging **24.8%** in the past year.
– **Weatherford** ranked second, with a **9.9%** increase.
– **Garland** followed closely, with rents rising **9.1%**.
