**Convene Hospitality Group Unveils The Mallory at Terminal Warehouse Redevelopment in West Chelsea**

Convene Hospitality Group (CHG), recognized as the largest operator of non-hotel meeting and event venues in the U.S. and UK, has announced the launch of an independently branded venue, The Mallory, as part of the major redevelopment at Terminal Warehouse, located at 261 Eleventh Avenue in West Chelsea, New York City.

Marking the first official lease signed at the renovated Terminal Warehouse, The Mallory will encompass over 50,000 square feet spread across three floors. The venue is named in honor of the historic building’s original architect and is scheduled to open in the summer of 2026.

“The Mallory at Terminal Warehouse was born out of the opportunity to more adeptly serve the experiential events industry in New York — and do it better than anyone else in the market,” said Ryan Simonetti, President and CEO of CHG. “Large-scale social, cultural, and experiential events are the lifeforce of the city; having spent the last 16 years honing the operational prowess to run complex hospitality-led venues, we’re elevating our offering and expanding our brand set to provide a premier destination to bring bespoke experiences to life.”

CBRE’s Rocco Laginestra represented CHG in securing the lease. Terminal Warehouse ownership — a partnership including Columbia Property Trust, L&L Holding Company, and Cannon Hill Capital Partners — was represented by Alan Schmerzler, Catherine Merck, Sean Moran, Steven Soutendijk, and Patrick O’Rourke of Cushman & Wakefield.

The Mallory is poised to become a cornerstone destination for large-scale events in New York City, blending historic character with modern experiential design.
