**Convene Acquires NeueHouse Intellectual Property and Madison Square Location**
Convene Hospitality Group (CHG) has officially acquired the intellectual property and Madison Square operations of NeueHouse, following approval of an Asset Purchase Agreement in bankruptcy court. The acquisition includes the renowned NeueHouse Madison Square location at 110 E. 25th Street in New York City.
“We’ve long been fans of the NeueHouse brand and wanted to preserve and nurture the incredible community it has cultivated,” said Ryan Simonetti, President and CEO of CHG. “CHG has been operating the NeueHouse Madison Square location for the past few months and we are committed to continuing its founding vision of bringing together people with a diverse set of backgrounds, united by a common curiosity. As CHG now takes full ownership of the brand, we are inspired by the opportunity to build upon this legacy.”
The Madison Square space, acclaimed for its design, was created by renowned architect and designer David Rockwell. At this time, CHG has no plans to reopen the former Los Angeles locations of NeueHouse.
This acquisition signifies CHG’s intent to expand its footprint in premium collaborative workspaces and reinforces their commitment to fostering creative and cultural communities.
