Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate company, has appointed Stephanie Shack as their new Senior Vice President and General Counsel. This follows the retirement of Nick McCoy who had been heading CRC’s in-house legal division since 2002.
Ms. Shack brings 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to her role at CRC, including 5 and a half years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Enterprise Community Investment. She will be leading an in-house legal team of six professionals while providing strategic direction to the company and coordinating outside counsels when needed.
Her previous roles include senior positions at Corporate Office Properties Trust, Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation & DLA Piper among others; she is also currently serving on boards such as The Maryland Food Bank, Maryland CASA Association & Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation along with being part of Chief – a private membership network focused on connecting & supporting women executive leaders across industries globally..
