**West Monroe Partners Relocates Seattle Office to Downtown’s 2+U Tower**
West Monroe Partners, an international digital consulting firm, has moved its Seattle office to a new space in the 2+U tower in downtown Seattle. The firm now occupies an 18,800-square-foot office on the 31st floor of the 38-story tower, offering expanded capacity for its growing team and operations.
Founded in 2005, West Monroe has maintained a strong presence in Seattle. The firm previously operated out of a slightly smaller space at 801 Fifth Avenue, where it had subleased offices. The move marks a significant milestone as West Monroe continues to expand its reach and capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.
Headquartered in Chicago, West Monroe specializes in providing management consulting as well as creative and product engineering services to businesses across various sectors.
The 2+U tower, completed in 2020, spans approximately 700,000 square feet and is situated at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and University Street. The high-rise is owned by South Korean financial groups Hana Alternative Asset Management and Hana Financial Group, which acquired a 95% stake in the property from developer Skanska in 2020.
This relocation underscores West Monroe’s commitment to long-term growth in the Seattle market and reflects the company’s continued investment in its people and clients.
