Construction Wraps for Second Phase of Burbank First Street Village

The second phase of First Street Village, a mixed-use apartment community located at the intersection of First Street and Magnolia Boulevard in Downtown Burbank, has been completed. This three-phase development adds to the growing housing and retail options in the area.

Featuring 275 units and 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, First Street Village is now the largest mixed-use development in Downtown Burbank since 2005. The first phase attracted three new retail tenants including Flow Wine Bar, Hardcore Fitness, and Hollywood Pet Grooming Pet Store. The second phase has already secured a lease with High Impact Pilates and is currently negotiating for remaining retail spaces.

According to developer Tim Behunin, this immediate leasing success highlights the high demand for new housing options in downtown Burbank. In addition to First Street Village’s completion, LaTerra Development is also working on a multifamily mixed-use project adjacent to a hotel that will add another 573 housing units once it opens in January 2025.
