The project, a joint venture between MSG Partners, Trammell Crow Company, The Retail Connection, and Highland Park Village Associates, is set to open in 2026. Spanning one million square feet of premium mixed-use space upon completion, it will feature:
– The Knox Hotel and Residences: Managed by renowned hotel operator Auberge Resorts Collection,
the property will boast a 140-room hotel and 48 ultra-luxury condominiums.
– Office Space: With its prime location on Knox Street,
the nine-story office building will offer 150,000 square feet of premier workspace above two levels dedicated to retail and dining.
– Retail and Restaurant Space: Overlooking the bustling street below,
more than 100,000 square feet has been designated for ground-floor shops and second-story eateries at the development.
– Multifamily Residential Units:
The project also includes a striking multifamily tower with amenities galore – including expansive common areas – along with luxurious interiors
and spacious balconies across all its oversized units.
Construction services are being provided by Balfour Beatty
and Andres Construction.

Beal Bank has stepped up as construction financier while JLL Capital Markets served as financial advisor for securing this financing on behalf of the JV partners.
