Construction has begun on GoodVets’ newest Chicago veterinary clinic, GoodVets Lakeview. Located in the city’s Lakeview neighborhood, the 2,656-square-foot facility will be their sixth location in the Chicago area.
GoodVets currently operates 22 locations across 11 U.S markets and provides thoughtful individualized full service patient care for animals of all kinds. The property is situated along a heavily trafficked pedestrian corridor with close proximity to Waveland Park and easy access to the lakefront making it an excellent choice for its new animal hospital location.
The clinic is part of Optima Lakeview luxury rental apartment building which consists of 198 units total and will be owned by Drs Amanda Trefil and Amanda Flanagan who are both experienced veterinarians having previously opened two other clinics – GoodVets Uptown & Andersonville – between them prior to this one opening December 2023 .
