Construction has begun on Miami Freedom Park, a 131-acre development anchored by the new 25,000-seat soccer specific Inter Miami CF Stadium. Scheduled to open in 2025, this privately funded project is envisioned as a year-round destination featuring an expansive 58-acre public park and entertainment district with soccer and youth athletic fields, office space, hotel accommodations, shops and restaurants.
Crews are currently performing earthwork and sitework across the 131 acres while vertical construction progresses concurrently. To attract partners tenants retailers to the area leasing efforts have been initiated under real estate investment veteran Devon McCorkle who serves as President of Miami Freedom Park.
