**$700 Million Margaritaville Resort Coming to Galveston’s East Beach**

RREAF Holdings is set to break ground on a transformative new development on Galveston Island’s East Beach — the $700 million Margaritaville Resort.

The project will feature a 15-story high-rise resort hotel with 334 rooms, accompanied by 278 beach cottages. A major highlight of the development is a 31,000-square-foot amenity deck, which will sit 20 feet above sea level. Plans for this elevated deck include a 400-foot lazy river, infinity pool, pickleball courts, restaurants, bars, and retail spaces.

Construction on the cottages will be executed in four phases, with the first 100 homes expected to be delivered in 2025. The homes will be manufactured off-site by Aura Home Remodeling & Construction in Houston, fully furnished, and transported to the resort site at 317 East Beach Drive. Each unit will also include a golf cart.

Designed for both short- and long-term rentals, the beach cottages offer a flexible ownership experience for buyers looking to invest in vacation property on the Texas Gulf Coast.

The entire Margaritaville Resort development is scheduled for completion by 2029.
