**Urban Logistics Realty Breaks Ground on 542,851-Square-Foot Business Park in Houston**

Urban Logistics Realty (ULR), in partnership with Principal Asset Management, has commenced construction on The Brickyard, a new 542,851-square-foot, three-building business park in Northwest Houston. Located at 5020 Acorn Street near Highway 290, the speculative development is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

Designed to accommodate a wide range of tenant needs, The Brickyard will offer flexible configurations for users needing space from 30,000 square feet up to the project’s full size. The development will feature ample auto and trailer parking along with built-in speculative office space.

Construction financing for The Brickyard is being provided by First United Bank & Trust. The project team includes Harvey Builders as the general contractor, Powers Brown Architecture as the project architect, Kimley-Horn as civil engineer, and Pinnacle as the structural engineer. Leasing is being handled by Stream Realty Partners, with Tyler Maner, Heath Donica, and Jake Rathe leading the effort.
