**Work Underway on 130,000-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Project in Fulshear**
Janapriya has officially broken ground on Fulshear Central, a new 22-acre mixed-use development located just off FM 1093, west of Texas Heritage Parkway. The site is adjacent to a scenic four-acre pond and will feature a mix of retail, restaurants, and office condominiums.
The development will include approximately 130,000 square feet of space, consisting of 44 office condos totaling 56,100 square feet, and 74,500 square feet dedicated to restaurants and retail. Each office suite will span 1,275 square feet and may be combined to accommodate larger space needs. Eighteen of the office condos have already been sold, with the first half of the 10 planned office buildings scheduled for completion in fall 2026.
Two of the commercial buildings will be two stories high and include restaurant patios overlooking the pond, enhancing the site’s appeal for both tenants and visitors.
Fulshear Central is being constructed by Alpha Bravo Construction, with architectural design from Kirksey Architecture. Upon full completion in fall 2027, the project will feature six retail buildings surrounding a two-acre central green space, offering a vibrant community hub for the growing Fulshear area.
