**Construction Begins on $750 Million Haggard Farm Mixed-Use Development in Plano**

Construction has officially begun on the first phase of Haggard Farm, a $750 million mixed-use development situated in Plano, Texas. The project will include 100,000 square feet of retail space, 350 multifamily residential units, 188 townhomes, and various recreational amenities.

Stillwater Capital Investments LLC initiated site work in 2023. Vertical construction on the retail buildings is projected to take approximately 14 months, with tenant interior buildouts to follow. The construction of Phase One is expected to be completed in roughly two years.

Once fully developed, the 142-acre Haggard Farm will feature approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space, 700 multifamily units, 650,000 square feet of office space, a boutique hotel with a private social club, and 10 acres of green space for community use.

Anchoring the retail component will be The Almanac 1856, an 8,000-square-foot farm-to-table restaurant and bar, and Haggard Hall, a 16,000-square-foot event barn designed for both private and public gatherings.

Though the first phase focuses on bringing retail and residential options to the site, future phases will introduce office development, including build-to-suit opportunities for corporate tenants. Haggard Farm aims to create a vibrant, integrated community to serve both residents and businesses in the growing Plano area.
