According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, Panattoni is gearing up to build Tall Firs Industrial Park in Tehaleh near Bonney Lake. This two-building industrial complex will offer 216,000 square feet of top-notch industrial space and is expected to be completed by summer 2025.
The project will be located on an 11.5-acre site within Tehaleh’s Commerce Center, which spans over 112 acres and is designated for light industrial, office, and retail development. The architect for this project is Synthesis while Poe Construction has been chosen as the general contractor.
Panattoni acquired the site from Brookfield Properties in July for $5.5 million and also serves as the developer for FRED310 – a large-scale development in Frederickson that it’s working on with Crow Holdings Capital.
