**Baron Property Group Breaks Ground on Metro Parc North in Hialeah**
Baron Property Group has officially commenced construction on Metro Parc North, its second transit-oriented development in Hialeah, Florida. The new project is located adjacent to the company’s first development in the area.
Together, the existing Metro Parc — completed in 2023 — and the upcoming Metro Parc North will span over 2 million square feet of residential and retail space. The developments are strategically positioned between Hialeah’s Tri-Rail commuter rail station and Hialeah Hospital. Construction, led by KAST Construction, is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
Designed by Modis Architects, Metro Parc North will introduce 661 rental units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Residents will enjoy private balconies, as well as an array of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, a pool with private cabanas, coworking spaces, a multipurpose clubroom, bike storage, a pet grooming station, and controlled-access parking.
